"I had a claim for fixing my car back on Christmas/New Years time and State Farm (Roy Hooker III) was amazing - efficient and quick, and fast to get everything paid. Then last month, my condo HOA sent notice of a special assessment for Hurricane Milton damage (I had no damage but the other 24 buildings did). I asked State Farm if my condo property insurance helped in this case. Within 2 days they had cut a check for ... well, no need to get too detailed, ... right? Melissa and the claims people were so helpful and FAST! And let me tell you, I had taken money out of my retirement account to pay that assessment, and they helped so much! I can't tell you the relief, to get help, but also to deal with helpful, friendly, efficient insurance staff! THANK YOU, STATE FARM!"

"I was looking for an elevation certificate that I had done for FEMA many years ago. My house was flooded in Helene and many of my records were lost. Now that I’m trying to make my house livable again and getting permits , the city of Tampa requires that I have that certificate. I remembered that Roy Hooker- State Farm Insurance was where I paid my flood insurance to. I called their office and spoke with Shelby Evan’s. After explaining my needs she researched my account and found the certificate from 2017. I cannot praise her enough. She was wonderful. The office is very fortunate too have such a pleasant and efficient member of their staff. Thank you again Shelby."
